Reproduction

Start the Demo, the first cutscene is replaced by the placeholder video.

Hello @N00byKing, can you check if Steam's shader pre-caching subsystem is disabled, and if enabling it has an effect? If there are transcoded videos available for running the game with Proton, then that option currently needs to be enabled for the Steam client to get them.

Some more detail, i still get sound. The video is stuck on one frame of the placeholder image (the grey-white static doesnt change)
