Symptoms

Game will lock up if you scroll through the command list too fast. I assume it has something to do with the videos.

Reproduction

1. Go to training mode
2. Pick random characters
3. Enter pause menu and select command list
4. Attempt to scroll through list quickly (i.e. just holding down on the dpad/joystick) and watch as game becomes unresponsive.
