Symptoms
While the game renders and gameplay seems to run without any bugs, there is a large amount of lag whenever you move the mouse cursor. The cursor is a large image and often renders incompletely as you move the mouse around the screen. Given that this is a point and click game, the gameplay becomes incredibly tedious due to the poor responsiveness of the mouse. It should also be noted that this is not the only Nancy Drew game with this issue, I have also been able to reproduce this exact thing on "Nancy Drew: Curse of Blackmoor Manor" (31830).
