Symptoms

The game freezes after the first cutscene after entering Yokohama 99 for the first time during the main story.

Reproduction

Play through the introduction and play until the main story leads you to Yokohama. Try to enter Yokohama 99 and watch the cutscene or skip it. The game always freezes in the scene directly afterwards
