Hello @CorruptComputer, at this point Proton's whitelist mechanism is no longer used in the wild, having been phased out in favor of the Steam Deck validation process. That said, I've also not heard from a Proton dev that we should stop collecting feedback of this kind.

By its nature, Proton Experimental is unstable and can not be used with a whitelist request. Please retest with a point release of Proton, then give me a ping with your findings and I can re-open this issue report.

Hey @kisak-valve sorry about the Proton version being invalid. This game is quite short, so I just ran through it set on Proton 7.0-4 in the Steam client on my Desktop. No issues still, worked well on that version.

As for Deck compatibility, the game itself runs fine on there as well with 7.0-4. However the game has no controller support, and even after remapping the Deck controls to keyboard presses it still does not allow me to control the game. The mouse on the right trackpad works fine for the main menu, but not once you start the game. Not sure why that would be, some incompatibility with the way the Deck emulates keyboard and mouse maybe?

EDIT: Plugged in an external keyboard and mouse to the Deck, no luck there either. Controls seem to just be broken on Deck.
