And does not seem to have the same OpenVR woes as bug #6106. There is also bug #5336. Apart from starting on the screen and not on the headset, there's also something common to all these bug reports: no activity after initial comment, they all seem to have been abandoned. Are we to believe VR on Linux is not a thing anymore? If that's the case, please let me know -- I write for a portal (boilingsteam) about VR on Linux and if there will be no more investment from Valve, I will also stop doing it too.

Reproduction
Just start the game via SteamVR or pressing play on the desktop client. It will open a window on the screen and show nothing in VR.
