Symptoms

Game works fine for the most part, the only issue is when making a clip, the game crashes to desktop. I believe it's related to the media foundation h264 encoder but I can't say for sure.

Reproduction

1. View a replay for a run, by either playing the game once or viewing a previous one
2. Click "MAKE CLIP", optionally select a region
3. Click Upload
