Hello @ArcticTaichoCodes, the lack of a Proton log hints that there may be an issue before the actual game had a chance to start. If you completely close Steam, then run steam from a terminal, are there any hints in the terminal spew when you tell Steam to start the game? Also, is the game installed on a secondary Steam library folder and if it is, what filesystem are you using with that drive partition?
Hello @kisak-valve . After checking, it seems the game was on an NTFS partition. Once moving it to an ext4 partition, it launched successfully. However, it eventually prompts a fatal error window and, upon clicking OK, quits to desktop.

Proton Log:
steam-1399080.log
NOTE: The Demo of this title runs without issue.
Thanks, can you also check how the game behaves with Proton 7.0-6? ~Anecdotally, the log looks similar to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6547#issue-1589752129.~
The same Fatal error! Dialogue presents itself when testing with Proton 7.0.6
