Symptoms

Game runs on first monitor. Mouse scroll to the right/down is broken. This makes the game unplayable in multimonitor setup.

Reproduction

always when using multi monitor setup, single monitor is fine.
I can find 5 year old bug reports regarding this issue in protondb forum.
