Symptoms

The water has draw order issues as seen in the following videos recorded on my Steam Deck:

EDIT: embed seems to not work at all with the first video and seems to be broken with the second video. you can right click save the second video to watch it

Reproduction

Start the game and play for like 10 minutes to get to the body of water shown in the video

@reonu did you try turning anti aliasing off, seeing people mention the water renders through walls with it on
