Symptoms

The game boots up correctly and you can navigate the menus just fine.
However, if you want to play the game, in any mode, the screen just does not update.

Reproduction

1. Open the game.
2. Select play scenario , start a new game in the first scenario. Same as any other mode of playing.
3. Observe how the screen does not refresh correctly, rendering the game unplayable.
