Symptoms

The game seems to play fine, though I haven't finished it yet, but having my PS4 controller disconnect and reconnect seems to prevent all controller inputs until I restart the game. Is this a hot-plugging regression of some sort in Proton?

Reproduction

1. Connect a PS4 controller via bluetooth and have Steam Input active
2. Launch the game
3. Play a it until you can control the character
4. Pause the game
5. Have the controller disconnect in some fashion (have the battery die, turn off bluetooth and turn it back on, etc)
6. Reconnect the controller
7. Press buttons
