The game freezes as soon as I want to build a road. The only thing I can do afterwards is killing it with signal 9

Reproduction

1.) Start game
2.) Start new game with Tutorial map
3.) Click on build road menu point
4.) Game graphics freezes, background sound is still playing
5.) Kill it with signal 9
