Symptoms

When i start the game i get a popup with a link that sends me to a denuvo related support page:

This is with and without the WINEDLLOVERRIDES setting.

Reproduction

start the game, switch proton version, start the game again, switch proton version to a different one chosen before, start the game again and observe

Hello @BeauTaapken, this reads like the known general behavior of Denuvo Anti-Tamper.

You have 5 activation tickets per day, and each time you change Proton versions, from the game's perspective, it's being run on a different computer and it has to ask the Denuvo servers for another activation ticket.

As the message says, please wait 24 hours and retest.
