Incorrectly detected keyboard layout.

Recently noticed this happening, With Proton v8.0-4.

I'm running dvorak layout with compose key (Wayland/sway)

   xkb_layout "us"
     xkb_variant "dvorak"
     xkb_options compose:ralt

I get this error in WINE:

X11DRV_KEYBOARD_DetectLayout detected layout is "United States keyboard layout (phantom key version)"

Games fail to rebind "wasd" -> ",oad" correctly, sometimes keypresses are ignored due to phantomness as well.
