i had some files from a game i tried to copy into the new folder. went into the old hard-drive and all i found were links with same name(as the original file) its just a blk file used for game which should just contain plain text similar to a lua file.
i dont even know were to start did wine just assumed its a dll file and started creating links or is it proton?
also i am kind of worried it spreads or the amount of damage it caused so far

the links created seam rater random with pretty much every file linking to a different file
