Reproduction

Comments

  • I'm running the game with MangoHud and a fps limit of 60. Disabling that doesn't change anything about the issue
  • I've noticed, that different upscalers create different variants of the same issue. With Intel XeSS even more geometry is missing.
  • Running the game with VKD3D_DISABLE_EXTENSIONS=VK_EXT_mesh_shader %command% fixes the issue

Hello @alex9k1, it looks like you have both mesa/RADV and AMDVLK. It's not clear from the log which driver is being used by the game. Can you run the game while it only has access to one video driver vendor at a time and see if that has an effect?

I totally forgot that I still had AMDVLK installed. I had AMD_VULKAN_ICD=radv set, but I just realized, that in the screenshot MangoHud showed the version of AMDVLK instead of Mesa. So I just uninstalled AMDVLK and the issue got resolved. Thanks :+1:

... makes me wonder now for how long I've been playing with AMDVLK
