when equipping a util from the buy menu the fps will drop considerably

Reproduction

go into training, buy some equipment, hold it in your hand, watch the fps go down to around 80 to 90fps

the fps also seems to spike when hitting players a lot with different guns
edit: proton-ge fixes the frame spikes
