"The scheme is wrong..." messages don't just duplicate like in Windows, they're immediately endless.
Reproduction
In the -/+ tab's Select tab, when pressing the left or right chevrons, a "The scheme is wrong..." message comes up if done at the start of the game. Closing the first one brings up a second one to be closed, and if not done fast enough in Ubuntu, they come so fast that they can't be all closed by a human.
