The menu of the game will appear upside down and zoomed in.

This does not happen only if the resolution is 640x480 while in fullscreen mode.

Using Alt+Enter to alternate between fullscreen and windowed fix this issue. (I believe the engine is restarted)

Note: This game is running on the Quake III Arena Engine, and this does not happen on native Windows.

Start the game, wait for the menu to load and this should appear:

The retail version works fine with this lutris script https://lutris.net/games/install/12801/view, Try to replicate the fixes (console commands and folder renaming)

@ToRRent1812 It does work but because the script is setting it to 640x480 which is a resolution that doesn't have the issue (using "r_mode" -1)

Issue reproduced with 1280x800 and 1920x1080, but not with the following resolutions:
640x480 & 1024x768 & 1280x720
