Game needs Visual Studio C++ Runtime to launch

Reproduction

  1. Install game
  2. Click "Launch" and wait for the prefix to be created
  3. Warning telling "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime is needed" and the game closes

Game starts if using GE-Proton9-13 as compatibility tool, but freezes if I try to start a new game (had to sigkill it).
