Proton Log added.
When running under proton with proton voice files installed, trying to make hypii read any text will result in him saying the pitch of the message along with not stopping until manually clicked on.
Install Proton voices
Install HS:O Under Proton 10.0-2
Try to make Hypii read any text

It's a little difficult for me to describe, but the voice for HYPII (in-game voice assistant) is a bit buggy. It starts and ends each time it talks by announcing its pitch. It also won't allow it to read another block of text until you force stop HYPII from speaking by clicking on it.
Here's a video I uploaded to YouTube to show how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFgk0MwEoNw
