Symptoms

When i click on start, there are multiple outcome:

1. The game does not show up, the ea-logo does not show up in the system-tray and some time after this steam shows me that the game does not run.
2. the game shows up in black screen, no sound and stays that way
3. the ea-app launches but nothing happens, if I then start the game through their app, the same outcome as above.

Reproduction

Start the game and either it runs, or it does not.
