Hello @CalcProgrammer1, we're using one issue per unofficially supported game title, and usually I'd transfer this issue to #7033, however, the symptoms you've described is a better match to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/11446. Closing as a duplicate.

Symptoms
After a few games of Overwatch, probably 30-60 minutes of gametime, the game randomly starts stuttering really badly. It seems that any input events cause a 50ms or so spike in frametime, so continuously moving the mouse renders the game unplayable. If I stop moving the mouse or pressing keys, the framerate goes back to normal. I can confirm this issue happens on multiple Proton versions and on both the official NVIDIA proprietary drivers and on the open source Mesa NVK drivers. This is on a Razer Blade 14 2021 laptop, which has a 1440p FreeSync screen hooked up to the AMD iGPU, so the frames are being rendered on the dGPU and copied over. I am using GNOME with VRR enabled.
I haven't seen this issue on my desktop systems with AMD 7800XT and Intel Arc A770 GPUs, but I haven't played OW2 as much on those.
Reproduction
Open OW2, join a game. Play several rounds. At some random point, the stuttering will begin. Moving the mouse or pressing keys introduces a large spike in frametime as shown in MangoHUD.
