Symptoms

Game crashes at the end of loading, before entering gameplay. This happens both at the end of character creation and when loading an existing character.

Reproduction

Open a save or finish character creation and attempt to enter gameplay.

Symptoms

The mouse cursor is corrupted visually throughout the game, and when I exit the game, it crashes and shows the crash report pop up that is corrupted visually in a similar way.

Reproduction

  1. Open the game.
  2. Wait until cursor appears
  3. Exit the game
  4. Game crashes or at least the, the crash window pop up appears and is corrupted visually in the same way.

I noticed that the cursor doesn't appear in the screenshot, tried with both steam screenshot and with spectacle on KDE, not sure if it's related but here is a screen shot of the Crash Report pop up that appears afterwards that's corrupted in the same way as the cursor.
