Symptoms

After installing DLsite NEST (A game platform and game launcher for DLsite), it fails to run (no window appears after launching, and the process then exits).

Reproduction

  1. Download DLsite NEST from https://www.dlsite.com/home/guide/dlnest
  2. Add setup exe to Steam
  3. Launch setup exe to install
  4. Run DLsite NEST main program

Great, thank you for pointing that out. I have now tried installing the program in a path that does not contain any spaces, but I am encountering a completely different error log (although the behavior has not changed -- it still shows no window, and the process exits).
