@GyomeiHimejima9906 Could you provide more information?
journalctl -k will show you all stored kernel logs, but you might want to limit them to a single boot session. Let's say your system froze and you rebooted the computer, you can then use journalctl -k -b -1 to get the logs from the previous session, 0 would be the current session, -2 would be two boots ago and so on. You can also store the result into a text file by doing something like journalctl -k -b -1 > kernel.log for easy sharing.I tried the first board on proton 9 and the second board on proton 10. During one instance of the boss roulette (the roulette that appears when someone lands on a boss space) of the second board, the game briefly froze thrice for about 1/3s each time, but the game continued normally after that without any freezes after that point. Is that what you are seeing? Or is it more severe or more frequent? Each board took roughly an hour, and besides that I didn't have any instance of the game freezing.
P.S.: we was 3 and we play with 3 controller and 1 AI set to hashira, how i can help, witch versions of proton i should test and witch paramater?
@GyomeiHimejima9906 you didn't say explicitly but I'm going to assume experimental has the same issues. That last log you shared doesn't seem to have a gpu crash as I expected, instead it shows that you ran out of ran and it killed kwin (that's plasma's compositor) to free some memory which must have killed your session. I'd recommended keeping an eye on your processes because something might be leaking or you might have too many programs open.
i solved the problem the system freezing, but not the game freezing

@GyomeiHimejima9906 From what I see, you are now using NVK, previously, when you were seeing system freezes (likely due to running out of memory) you were using the official drivers from nvidia. Have you used the official drivers again since you solved the system freezes?
i simply changed my OS from bazzite 42 to Fedora KDE 42 and installing steam, without touching NVidia draver and keeping the defould fedora driver
