Symptoms

The issue I have with this game is that there is alot of mouse input lag / delay, to the point where the game is not enjoyable anymore, and I only have this mouse input lag issue on this game.

It also varies on different distros, for example on Linux mint on X11 there seems to be less mouse input lag on this game, but I can still feel it's not as smooth as it should be, but on cachyos on wayland the mouse input lag is extremely worse.

I've tested with Proton Experimental bleeding edge, hotfix and 9.0-4 and they all have the same issue.
