I did not reproduce every failed visual effect in game, only some of them.

Symptoms

Certain visual effects do not render properly.

Reproduction

If you play the game and enter a route which has complex visual effects, or use the game's third offered drugs then the game shows some visual effects but not all of them correctly. One example is when trying to use the highest tier of drugs, it tries to have a very low transparency video overlaying the game, but it just shows up as fully opaque instead.
