problem with the steam overlay when switching game windows and another

1. not all games have the problem in the same way or for all game session (for example in game loading only like teardown)

Reproduction

1. open game (with default video settings)
2. ope steam overlay
3. switch to another window (for example gaming with elden ring an wiki in the browser)
4. return in the game windows

Reproduction

1. steam overlay WILL NOT WORK UNIL TO BE REOPENED
2. open game in borderless full screen / esclusive full screeen (with default video settings)
3. open steam overlay
4. switch to anoer windows (you have some prboblem with alt+tab)
5. switch to game windows the cursor there aren't
