Hello @nguyendoan15082006, you're seeing the same as https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/3994#issuecomment-2951317169. If you generate a Proton log for the game, you'll find that it has info: Skipping: Device does not support 256 of push data during the initialization of DXVK. DXVK in Proton Experimental requires that the video driver provides this, which is available for your Broadwell generation Intel GPU with mesa 25.0 or newer.
You could try with a PPA like oibaf or kisak-mesa fresh or play the game with Proton 10.
Closing because this is a lack of video driver features which is already resolved by the video driver vendor.
I still got the same issue by adding kisak-ppa and updated Mesa via Update Manager. Should I try the oibaf one?
Please add PROTON_LOG=1 %command% to the game's launch options and attach the generated $HOME/steam-$APPID.log to this issue report as a file. (Proton logs compress well if needed.) Also, please copy the contents of Steam Runtime Diagnostics from Steam (Steam -> Help -> Steam Runtime Diagnostics) and put it in a gist, then include a link to the gist in this issue report.
I got it to work somehow, but it took my entire memory and made my PC unusable by creating a new game. I had to turn off my PC by click on the power button :(
Someone on ProtonDB got this issue too:

I got this issue by launching from both Proton Experimental and Proton-GE 10-4:
