Symptoms

After 5-30 mins the game freezes while playing on Steam Deck. The background music continues to play normally, but the video and input are frozen requiring force closing the game. For me this issue only started after 14 hours playtime without any issues, but now is consistently happening every time. I have seen other reports with a similar issue on protondb: (https://www.protondb.com/app/1133760#3H2lTwxi0p).

Start game normally, and after 5-30 mins the game freezes.
