Hello @hardBSDk, https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/wiki is accessible here. This issue would need to be evaluated by GitHub support staff instead of a Proton dev.

Again being a general GitHub infrastructure issue, not a Proton issue.
Nothing extracted yet.
I can download the wiki repository but can't access it in my web browser (it gives a 404 error), can you change it?
If you can't I suggest to merge the wiki into this repository.
