Symptoms

When launching the game, the install scripts start (and seem to complete), the steam status is then changed to playing but the application never actually opens, a few seconds later it "crashes" to desktop and the game is changed to not playing anymore.
Most likely related to the Anticheat, but Umamusume: Pretty Derby (3224770) uses the same Anticheat and their game launches.

Reproduction

Happens on every Proton version including ProtonGE, Steam Deck Users reporting the same issue.
