@nguyendoan15082006 how often does the game freeze for you? I don't have an intel gpu, but the game seems to be working fine on my end, and the proton log seems to suggest a driver issue.

Did you start playing the game recently on proton? Or have you played for some time and the issue only manifested recently?

The game usually freezes randomly at round 2 and round 3, sometimes round 1. I didn't get this issue on Windows but both Fedora 42 and Linux Mint had this issue on my hardware.

@nguyendoan15082006 run sudo dmesg in a boot session where the issue occurred and there should be logs regarding your igpu failing. With sudo dmesg > dmesg.log it'll get saved to a text file you should share.

@nguyendoan15082006 was this on a boot session where the game already hanged? or is it a fresh one?

So I have to run the game until it encouters the issue then send it again?

@nguyendoan15082006 In this case, as the game is working fine with other hardware, you'll have to open an issue for your drivers, which can be done here https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/new?description_template=Bug Report

Just fill in the information they ask for in the template, you can upload the proton log and dmesg log you shared here.
The title could be something along these lines: [i915] Intel HD Graphics 5500 Hangs When Playing Stumble Guys

I didn't see where I can get the DXVK version in Steam System Information. How could I do that?

Ssimifor 2025-08-04 github

@nguyendoan15082006 it's part of the proton log, you can search for "DXVK". For example, in proton 9 v2.5.1-1-gd96fa54080320e9 is used

It was 10 hours, but no one labelled my issue. Is that okay?

Nothing extracted yet.
