Game crashes at attempt to load menu with proton 10.0-2

Reproduction

• Launch game
• Click play in launcher
• Wait for "Loading Menu"
• Observe crash

Additional Information

The game runs fine with proton 9.0-4 and it used to run with proton 10 as well, look like 10.0-2 broke it?
