Symptoms
There is a distortion (screen tearing?) near the bottom of the screen when the screen scrolls.
Reproduction
Switch windows to another application and switch back, then walk around in a room where the screen scrolls. It occurs a bit inconsistently--sometimes it triggers without doing this, sometimes doing this will not trigger it. It's most noticeable in areas with water, be sure to check there.
I've been unable to reproduce the issue using Proton 9.0-4.
