Symptoms

The game is underutilizing the GPU. Instead of utilizing GPU the game runs in slow motion. As you can see by screenshot, I have 4% gpu use and 20 fps. My system can handle this easy. Its just not being instructed to handle it correctly.

Reproduction

Install artix linux plasma, install steam, install crossworlds, launch with any kind of proton and have bad pefrormance.
