Symptoms

When I try to launch the game, it doesn't start and displays the following page: https://support.codefusion.technology/cv_ka564i3l/?e=88500006&l=english and then stops. The game is purchased and in my Steam catalog (and runs fine on Windows systems); the problem only occurs with Linux and the various Proton versions (which have the exact same issue).
