Symptoms

Transparency issues: all the sprites are surrounded with black rectangles - projectiles, blasts, spinning chainsaw blade (your weapon), font letters, menu mouse arrow, etc. Was able to finish the first level once without these issues, though, but they have appeared again on level 2, anyway.

Install and run the game. Play upto level 2 if no problems are seen right away.
