Thanks for the heads up, but the solution mentioned in this issue doesn't work for me.

@zerodegress unless you need to know anything specific to trigger the issue, the game seems to be working fine on my end, proton 9 through experimental, can you check again with a clean prefix? Also, as a general rule of thumb you don't want to set random games to use proton hotfix, those builds are meant as a stopgap measure to fix specific games, so the games that do need it get pinned to it steam side

Hello, I recently tried clearing the PFX and switching to Proton 9 or Experimental, but unfortunately none of these methods worked. However, I was able to run the demo version of this game using Proton 8 via Lutris, and it ran perfectly without the black box window issue.
Interestingly, if I launch the game directly using Proton without going through Steam, it runs flawlessly. Thank goodness for that.
