VRAM is not freed and eventually runs out, tanking the frame rate.

Reproduction

Move between areas enough times. The Winter Village seems to be the biggest offender.

@alastortenebris this doesn't appear to be a proton issue, I get it to happen on windows as well.
Also, when hotfix is needed by a game it will either be set up as the default proton version of that game or be mentioned in the issue tracker, using it for games at random is not advised as it is seldom updated.
