Symptoms

Black screen.

The proton log is full of "vkd3d-proton:vkd3d_acceleration_structure_convert_triangles: Application is using IndexBuffer = 0 and IndexFormat != UNKNOWN. Likely application bug." messages.

Tried on ROG Ally X with 24GB of memory - same story. Also it shows a "LowLevelFatalError" UE5 crash message after 2 minutes. Eats all the memory as can be seen on the screenshot (28GB total probably means it also takes all the available SSD cache), so it should be a proton bug, afterall.
