Symptoms

game gives error no display adapter has been found, if OK is pressed game launches into logos but after that gets stuck on loading the menu, sometimes it gets past the loading screen but then it's just black although the menu sounds can be heard apart from the selection sounds.
steam restarts automatically upon starting the game.
I have tried the SteamDeck=1 %command% launch option to disable the psn overlay, i've also disabled the steam overlay to no avail.
the log failed to upload, i've had this issue before since the log file is pretty massive for some reason.
