Symptoms

Creation Wheel Stuck on Proton 10.0-3 but works fine on 9.0-4

Reproduction

  1. Launch game with Proton version 10.0-3
  2. Start new game or load a save file
  3. Press Q button to open the creation wheel / building wheel
  4. Using mouse cursor try to select other sections of the wheel
  5. The wheel cursor is stuck on the upper left
