Hello @binaryhellstorm, looking at your runtime diagnostics, https://gist.github.com/binaryhellstorm/652b0b3a8162b36c7258db75cc5221c9#file-gistfile1-txt-L180-L250 and https://gist.github.com/binaryhellstorm/652b0b3a8162b36c7258db75cc5221c9#file-gistfile1-txt-L484-L553 are the sections to focus on. The Steam-in-a-Snap container environment isn't giving you a healthy video driver set and Proton is a casualty of the current condition of their driver maintenance. This must be evaluated and resolved by the container maintainers.

https://github.com/canonical/steam-snap/issues/468 and https://github.com/canonical/gaming-graphics/issues/40 looks relevant.

Closing as not a Proton issue.
