Symptoms

Game cannot start, no game window is created. Requires additional dll file in the Proton prefix.

Note 1: the game ships libKD_x64.dll
Note 2: chakra.dll could perhaps be replaced with ChakraCore? See relevant Github issue where chakra vs ChakraCore is described https://github.com/chakra-core/ChakraCore/issues/6616
