There appears to be an issue with inputs sticking when using proton.
I have experienced this to different degrees is all games. Currently playing the following and happens in all.
Guild wars 2
Predecessor.
Arc raiders.
There are reddit posts going back over four years on various games but no one has seemed to raise it as a proton issue.
The issue manifests mostly in games requiring WASD movement.
Changing direction too quickly or while holding another direction is not registered. Requiring the button to be fully released and repressed.
This can also manifest in button releases not reliably being detected resulting in auto run.
This also seems to be more prevalent combined with right click on mouse being used for camera control.
Would really appreciate this being investigated as it would benefit a massive catalogue of games on Linux that use mouse and keyboard.
Happy to provide more details or logs if required.
