Symptoms

The game very often crashes in a myriad of ways. Sometimes it will be a complete freeze and no action can be taken on the system other than to force-restart it. More often it will be a freeze whetever the game is in focus (getting it out of focus by alt+tab for example makes it run fine). Oftentimes the audio continues playing and the other applications opened work fine but the mouse does not click anymore.
I also get a lot of connection issues.

None of these problem appear on Windows 11.

Reproduction

I don't know, but it usually happens within 15 minutes of playing.

Hello @TheCarpetMerchant, we're using one issue report per unofficially supported game title, so I've gone ahead and transferred this issue report to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/3931#issuecomment-3961083413.
