Sure! For reproduce this you need to be at exactly on the place where the glitch effects is on. I can make a save file on that point and instructions (very easy) to see the issue. The game need the year pass 1 (the only one on the shop) or the Transylvanian alps map (dlc).
Could you tell me where are stored save files for that game on the steam deck (or windows)? so I can upload it here

During the gameplay on a specific maps (Transylvania Alps) devs created a video glitch effects (like a radio interference in front of the camera) that cause a total black screen on Steam deck only. I tried to run the game on a "standard" windows pc and the glitch effects is rendered without any issue but on my Steam Deck I got a a black screen.
